In case of an emergency, it must be specified as such in the authorization of care form and if there is an emergency after office hours, the application must be communicated by telephone. The authorization of care form will be processed within the following 24 hours.

If emergency is on a friday late afternoon (after office hours) info will be provided the earliest on Monday morning.
